The price is a relative and you can get an offer with a low price but than you will not get the Product. And as it is offered: UREA 46% N PRILLED / GRANULAR, Sugar 45 ICUMSA but withthe same conditions as for Portland cement.

   Broker will always be protected via NCND from our side and the Buyer must fill out our form of documents LOI / ICPO. Brokers are always provided a Letter of Protection.

   You may download Presentation and our forms of documents here at the website (NCND, LOI / ICPO and BCL) so please go to option "DOWNLOAD". Documents must be completely filled out and sent  to us with original memorandum, signature and seal, otherwise it is not considerable!!

   If the Buyer will not accept to issue BCL and filled out our form of ICPO after sending of LOI and get back our FCO than please do not discuss with us about the next steep in this business!

   After signed copies of the contract via DHL between the Buyer and the Seller, the Buyer's Bank will provide POF (Proof of Funds) and the Seller's Bank will provide POP (Proof of Product) only direct Bank to Bank before opening of L/C! So please do not ask for past Bill of Loading, SGS Certificate etc.

   Specification will always be provided at the contract.

   If you need 5$, 10$ and more commission and does not matter how many brokers are there from your side please do not ask! The same situation is with 20 millions MT, 50 millions MT and more of goods!

   Please under stand that these procedures will not be modified, no exceptions!!

   The letter of authorization addressed to "NS COMMERCE" d.o.o. is required in every instance when an LOI / ICPO is issued.

   Your assistance with this matter will help us close legitimate deals and filter out those that have no financial capability to perform as so many have misrepresented to us in the past.
